Surfping

Child Safety Standards

Effective date: 24 October 2026 · Surfping by PT Jiji Labs Digital

The short version: Surfping has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Surfping is for people aged 16 and over. Report anything that puts a child at risk and we act at once.

1. Zero tolerance

Surfping (the app and its Waves, chats, groups, Nearby and Trip features) is provided by PT JIJI LABS DIGITAL, Indonesia. We prohibit any content or behaviour that sexually exploits or endangers children, including: child sexual abuse material in any form (real, drawn or generated); grooming, sexual messages to or about minors, or sextortion; trafficking or arranging to meet a child for sexual purposes; and sharing or soliciting such content. This applies everywhere in Surfping, including inside end-to-end encrypted chats.

2. Age

You must be at least 16 to use Surfping, and confirm it when you sign up. Accounts we find belong to someone under 16 are deleted.

3. How to report

4. What we do

Child safety reports are reviewed first, as soon as possible and within 24 hours. When we find CSAE or CSAM we remove the content, suspend the account and keep the minimum information needed for the authorities. We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement in Indonesia and elsewhere, including the Indonesian National Police and the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (Komdigi), as the law requires. Because chats are end-to-end encrypted, we act on what reporters share with us and on account information; public Waves and profile photos can be reviewed directly.

5. Child safety contact

PT JIJI LABS DIGITAL, Kabupaten Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Child safety point of contact: the Jiji Labs child safety team, support@surfping.app.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number first.
